Built by King Rama VI in the 1920s as a summer residence, the teak palace of Maruekhathaiyawan stands right on the beach and is known as the "Palace of Love and Hope". This trip takes you there to see it for yourself.
It is only a short drive to the palace. After touring the buildings there is time for a walk on the beach before you are taken back to your hotel or villa. Return transfers and the palace entry fee are included. Visitors are asked to dress respectfully, and because the palace is close to Hua Hin the visit can easily be combined with other activities on the same day.
